  1. what is the point of either buyer or seller agents? it just seems like a job that isn’t needed at all…just two people with their hands in the cookie jar

  2. And don’t forget if an agent has worked for a brokerage company for a few years or more and has done very well many times that brokerage company will give that agent up to 80 or 90% of the total five or 6% commission. That happens all the time so don’t feel sorry for these people. They’re doing just fine.

  3. As a buyer using a va loan w/ disabilities… Basically 0 down… Where do I get the money to pay for the agent if the seller said no because they are doing FSBO. Thank goodness for AI. We’ll use that to learn the laws in the area and forms to complete.
